DRONE CHARGING & CONTROL PLATFORMS can be mounted on FENCES and on LIGHT AND COMMUNICATION TOWERS, on AREA BLIMP SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS, AND SPECIAL VEHICLES that are designed to MONITOR THE PERIMETER of BORDER WALL FENCES as it may apply to the BORDER WALL PROJECT FOR MEXICO. These systems can further be used for HIGH SECURITY FACILITIES and SECURE AREAS. OTHER NATIONS may also wish to install similar systems at their BORDERS and in SECURE AREAS. This would include a Drone Charging & Control Infrastructure for Surveillance, Patrol, & Monitoring for the Military, the Defense Department and Intelligence Agencies
